In our Home page we have only a few advertisements. For each advertisement we charge Rs. 3000/- only for a period of one month on home page and another one month on real estate page ., If this advertisement is connecting to property matter we offer a money back scheme i.e. we will deduct the above charges from our commission if the transaction take place. We will also include 4 photographs and other details of the property. If there is no transaction within this period, it will be placed to the normal listing page in the immediate sale category till the transaction materializes.
Presently there is no registration fee for publishing your property details for sale in our real estate web page as normal listing. But when the transaction happens in our involments we charge 3% commission
