Our terms of service charge for seller and buyer
When the seller entrust his property for sale through us, we use all the medium like Television, Newspaper Internet etc..for immediate sale For this we bear all related expenses at no cost from the seller initially. We provide all the available information to the buyer and we arrange for a joint visit to the property if the buyer wishes, and a direct meeting with the seller giving chance to negotiate on the asking price For this and other administrative costs or any involments through us  the transaction takes place the seller must pay our service charge of 3%  and 1% percent from  the buyer of the final price and  if the seller or buyer wishes, we will  assist for the completion of all necessary document,legal formalities.
           For the buyer we have a registration fee of Rs 500 for site visiting except Kottayam ,Pathanamthitta  and Ernakulam districts  with money back scheme .ie this registration have 3 months validity and if transactions take place within these three months  we will deduct this amount from our  1% service charge
